Rogier Verschoor is a development economist with over 15 years of international working experience as consultant, advisor, trainer (of trainers) and project coordinator. He is specialized in capacity development of organisations working on local economic development, sustainable entrepreneurship and value chain management. He has expertise in facilitating multi-stakeholder processes involving producers’ organisations, agribusiness, government agencies and educational institutions in public private partnerships. Verschoor joined ETC in 2011 where he carries out consultancies related to Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and sustainable economic development. His professional experience covers the countries: Ethiopia, Kenya, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Bangladesh, China, India, Nepal, Pakistan, The Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, Colombia, El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua.
